Sondela Auto I want my Money back

I would never advise any person who owns a vehicle to send it to Sondela Auto, in 2018 they promised to fix my car within a week, they demanded a deposit before doing anything, after paying the deposit, I had to call and go there every week only to get stories and my car was never done anything but the engine stripped into pieces, after a year of them failing, we agreed for me to take my car somewhere else and they will refund me, banking details were forwarded to Shaun, who was supposed to have sorted this matter out, all i received when i was following up was lies after lies, its another year, I still don't have my money, even RMI failed to assist me cause Shaun **** to them as well saying he had sorted the matter, all I need from Sondela is nothing but my R10 000.00 deposit I paid to them, that will only be fair.
