Unprofessional service at Sona’s

Sona's Beauty and Lazer Salon in the Springfield Park Retail Centre.

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. I had booked an appointment for last Sunday to have my nails done. When I get there, the owner pretends to know nothing of my appointment. I then proceed to show her whatsapp chats between myself and her confirming my appointment. She just goes on to show a don't care attitude and says that means nothing. She is apparently too busy to help me ( definitely didn't look that way to me). A complete disregard for customer service. Will most definitely not recommend.
