Unhygienic and Unprofessional

The service is pathetic. The owner is rude and beyond unprofessional. One week later and my nails still have clumps of glue stuck under the nail beds. They do not adhere to any hygiene standards. All tools are not cleaned or sanitized before use. The nail techs tables are filthy! They re-use tissue papers and you'll find the previous clients nails on the tables and floor around you. I also booked for brow mapping and did not receive the service, but the owner insisted I pay for it. She said her beautician does not need tools to map brows and is highly qualified to visually map clients brows, which makes no sense at all! The owner is ***********, treats her black staff poorly and is confrontational with clients who question the treatment they receive. This business needs to be reported and closed!!
