TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SONA'S BEAUTY

I've never been one to complain on Facebook or try to bring down any business because I believe everyone has a bad day BUT this store has bad days EVERYDAY.

I've never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. To start of - - We had an appointment for 3 people at 9am sharp but the doors only opened after 9:30 - From booking before we were sure to be there early as she just takes whoever and has total disregard for the time of your appointment even if you are there on time. - My sister still had to wait to get her nails done even though SHE was the one who did not open on time. - We had made an appointment for 3 people which we paid a DEPOSIT for (I have clear proof of that) she rudely and abruptly declined my mom's appointment because she "could not remember" . Which business owner does not keep track of their appointments? - When entering the store there were ZERO protocols being made in regards to the Virus. They did not check my temperature or anyone else's even though the store was very much busy. Social distancing did not exist in this store. The owner herself approached my sister WITHOUT A MASK ON and only put one on after my sister told her to. - There were no use of gloves on any of the employees. Those that did Lashes did not have on gloves even though their hands were going on my face. There were 3 BEDS IN 1 SMALL ROOM to do your eyelashes. - We were only sanitized ONCE and that was when I entered the store and never again. - My sisters nails were not done yet she REFUSED to let her out the store without paying even though we were unhappy with her service. She actually locked her in and didn't let us in. - The owner did not know that I was actually Shenice Harirams sister and began gossiping about her to me while I paid and my sister was still busy getting her nails done. - Once I confronted my sister about the situation she rushed behind to hear what we were talking about. She then picked my stuff up and wanted to me leave. She then decided to touch and try to push me out the store and got hysterical when I tried to confront her. - Her husband then shows up and began to swear my parents and I because they are not educated enough to run a store. - After waiting for my sister most store owners from around came out and let everyone know that this is a continous thing. People fight, scream and cause a scene almost EVERY SINGLE DAY. - Her own employees complained about her and how unprofessional she is. They even told us that there are women coming in all the time and complaining.

A quick word to you Sona. Not every customer will take your ****ty service and pathetic attitude. Maybe if you focus on the needs of your customers you wont have time to gossip with them. You should already know this from all the complaints recently! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE!! YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED AND FILLED WITH ANGER!!! I WOULD ALSO LIKE THE R270 THAT YOU TOOK EVEN THOUGH WE WERE NOT HAPPY!!! YOURE EXTREMELY GREEDY AND I HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT OUT!
