Rude Owner That’s A **** And A *******

‘Sona’s Beauty And Laser’ (Millennium BLVD, Umhlanga) The Owner does not know how to run a business she can’t make appointments and advertises wrong information about making appointments. When you write a bad comment on her page about her bad service she blocks you. She has know Customer service and is very Rude to Clients , I was one of them. She thought she can tell me off in her shop but shame I took her on. She is also very ****** and in my argument with her I picked up alot of Racial Acts with me in her shop infront of her other clients. She tries to make you feel like you know nothing because you don’t have a business when she knows nothing about business and she lies and tells me i came to have my nails and Eyelashes done 2 years ago at her shop when I had my nails and eyelashes done 2 times this year .I hope when I see her In person away from her shop she must have the same rude energy with me because she has a big mouth telling clients that are paying her off. I will not recommend her company ‘Sona’s Beauty And Laser’ to Anybody And I Will make sure that her bad Service And Rudeness towards Clients is dealt with Even the way she Belittles Clients because we don’t have a business and she does as she said to me.
