PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!

I made an appointment do my lashes as I was enticed to try them out looking at the advertised lash posts that came up. I went there and the lash tech was firstly rude , anyway I let that go . She put glue in my eyes and even my hair . When I told her that I was feeling discomfort and my eyes were burning, her reply was that there was nothing there and I needed to go out in order for the glue to dry properly. She fanned my eyes a bit and checked it once . I decided to go outside hoping itll get better. When I got home my eyes felt heavy and it was very painful so I messaged the owner the same night . I sent her a pic of how the glue was stuck to my eyelid which caused it to swell. She said she was sorry and that she would speak to the lash tech and give me a call the next day. I didn't get a call so I reminded her that I'm still waiting for the call and advised her that she can call me the ffg day which was the 1 Nov, still no call . I sent her a message on Tuesday and showed her that I had to remove my lashes on my own due to the discomfort and pain and even sent her pictures of how thick the glue had been and how it was clusters and not individuals as she advised. She tried to call me and I was having a shower, which I did mention to her and even sent a message to which I've received no reply . I called her on the 03 No and she declined my call. She hasn't responded to my messages since then as I've requested a refund and asked to see the certificates of both her salon and lash tech. This has by far been my worst experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. PLease be weary when visiting this salon🙏
