Owner humiliate customers

The owner of this business is so horrible with customers, she humiliated me and even went as far as telling me to pay, leave and never come back to her salon, after i informed her that i didn't appreciate that she didn't show any sympathy the last time i did nails and they peeled off on day 3. She was so rude to me to a point that i felt humiliated and disrespected and was so emotional 💔.
