Horrible experience

I had been trying to make a booking on their whatsapp from 16th December 2022 with no luck. The person only reads the message then doesn't respond.

12th Feb in the early hours of the morning I decide to request to make a booking and make the R200 payment to secure the booking. Thankfully I get a response and my booking was done. I get to the nail bar only to be told I cannot do the combo I want, I can only do my hands and not my toes. I ask why and the response was, I did not clarify when I booked. This was my 1st time booking. I expected to be asked what I'm booking for before my money was accepted if it would be such a hassle. Nevertheless, I get my hands done which is R170 according to my knowledge. I go for my change and I am told "the R200 is a booking fee, you don't get change on it". So disappointed by the owners service. Sad coz the staff is really good..
