Emotional Abuse against clients

The owner is emotionally and physically abusive towards 90% of her clients, especially black people. She is extremely rude and narcissistic. When clients complain about the poor service, she screams at them, throws bank cards and receipts in their faces upon paying.

Back in 2021 she slapped a client in my presence. She treats her clients like dogs. Even dogs get better treatment. Her method of service revolves around humiliating, breaking the clients self esteem and abusing the client. When clients walk out they feel worthless. This place deserves a zero rating. It should not be operating.
