BEWARE!!!WORSE INDIVIDUAL LASHES/ PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had made a booking for individaul eyelashes, waxes, eyebrow threading, nails and toes two weeks before appointment in October for the 4th of November, the owner has a policy of paying a booking fee, which I had agreed to and reminded her several times that i needed her details to make payment. She then said she mistakenly sent me the wrong poster as she was in bed, not my problem as I had messaged and called during work hours. I get an appointment for 9am on the 4th, owner only arrived around 9:25am to open the shop. Lash technician was additionally late and I had to wait for her. The lash technician didn't follow any covid regulations and took off her mask, complained as soon as she arrived about being tired. Her installation of the lashes was painful, glue kept on burning my eyes, causing me to tear up and the under lash protector to move constantly. THE LASHES ARE IN CLUSTERS NOT INDIVIDUAL as advertised, I asked about why is that she said because it looks better that way, I've had my eyelashes done many times before and I knew this was BS. The EYELASHES were too heavy and the glue was clumped together and too strong! I had to have my eyelashes removed at another place in Umhlanga as it still brought discomfit to me even a week after and no eyelashes came out within that week which is a red flag of incorrect glue being used on eyelashes. They were the worse and most dangerous eyelashes I've ever had and the woman that does them should stop! The same woman does the waxes too, the rooms are unsanitary, and no after wax lotion is offered or app**** even though it is in the room.

The lady that did my nails was pleasant and did an average job with my gel tips and toes.

When it came to paying the owner had charged me more then the normal prices on her brochure (non specials), I asked her why she said its just a little more why does it matter and that was October brochure, which i found out that was a lie that is her regular all the time brochure there are no price increases, she had charged me more for my eyebrows and individual lashes. The owner is extremely unprofessional and even when you call her to set a booking or confirm she always says she is in an appointment, because i had so many treatments and observed her that is a complete lie, she sat at the front desk the entire time telling other customers that called the same lie. The OWNER can not charge people extra that's just ********, and her customer service is extremely pathetic.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
