Bad products used, be careful and very unprofessionalism owner

Shocked!!!! I had the exact same experience as the complaint ‘BEWARE!!!WORSE INDIVIDUAL LASHES/ PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE’ about lashes. I’ve visited this salon previously and I had to wait for over 30mins, no surprise the lash tech was late and I had to wait!! During he consult my nose was burning during the 2 hour process of having a new set of lashes done, whatever glue is being used is obviously very dangerous! My eyes were feeling scratched after 2 days of installation and due to the lashes being so hard and stiff, it scratched my eye every-time I blinked. The lashes used is not the soft and delicate lashes that’s meant to be used. The worst part is the lashes were done in clusters too and it TOOK 2 HOURS TO BE REMOVED! The glue is soooo strong, it would not melt! I have complaint to the owner who has now blocked me, no surprise as I have experienced her as very very rude and completely unprofessional! Do not go to this salon as their products are not safe and nothings being done after all these complaints!
