AWFUL

Unprofessional, rude and no customer service skills at all. I have never been to a beauty studio with such an unpleasant, unwelcoming environment. The nail technician that did my nails was just as rude, she did an awful job. She cut my nails under my tips, **********ly. The staff talk amongst one another and there is no relationship between the staff and owner as they are all rude and the staff continuously talk bad about the owner amongst themselves, in front of customers. Highly do NOT recommend this business.
