Pathetic service at Somizi's Sompire kids brand

I ordered Christmas clothes for my daughters on the 4th of December 2024 with ORDER #2893 until today the 8th of January 2025 I haven't received the order. I had to spend money again and buy clothes for my kids. I have sent 4 emails no response, this is disgusting from our celebrities that we try to support. to make things worse there's no number to call. I won't buy from Sompire again and l want my money back.
