Something Simple ZA - Purchase Not Delivered After 5 Weeks – No Communication or Refund

I purchased and paid for two pairs of white Air Force 1 reps from Sneakerszn on 28 November 2025. It is now five weeks later, and I still have not received my order.

I was informed that the original shipment was ****** in transit, followed by several inconsistent explanations and very poor communication. I was then told a new order would be sent, but I have not received any tracking details, dispatch confirmation, or an expected delivery date.

Despite clearly requesting door-to-door delivery, the parcel was still sent via PostNet, which I did not agree to.

I message them daily, yet there is no response, even after they confirmed a replacement order would be shipped. I have since requested a refund, and I am still waiting for a response with no feedback however they are active on social media.

This level of service is unacceptable. I want my refund processed immediately,
