Lights Installation: No proper brackets were fitted for the lights as promised. The lights provided were haphazardly secured with cable ties, showcasing a lack of professionalism and care. Misrepresentation of Features: The couch was supposed to feature professionally installed, working lights. Instead, what arrived was a shoddy, non-functional approximation that blatantly contradicted what he claims. Lessons Learned: After conducting a basic search on Hello Peter, I found similar complaints against this seller. This confirmed my fears that Ettiene Snyman has a history of delays, excuses, and subpar deliveries. This experience caused months of unnecessary frustration, financial loss, and disappointment. The product I received is not only incomplete but also far from what was promised.
