Something Pretty turned into Something Ugly!!!

I recently purchased a dress from Something Pretty Boutique on a sale and paid 1509.00. It was sent to me per courier and I tried it on exactly twice and decided it did not suit me. Asked to return it but was informed that sale goods are not refundable and they would send me a voucher. Paid 90.00 to return the dress. They immediately rep**** that the dress smelled of tea tree oil and I had obviously worn it. I do not possess tea tree oil nor had I worn the dress. As a result they refused to refund me the voucher. I had to pay 90.00 for the dress to be returned to me. I am most annoyed and insulted and will NEVER buy a single item from them again and warn others to be careful. My word against theirs and that is that. What a total disappointment buying from them.
