Today I had the pleasure of interacting with the team of Something Pretty, and I was blown away by their exceptional service. I contacted the Willowbridge branch, inquiring about their kiddies rang. and Mira responded promptly with a phone call. She was patient, understanding and reassuring taking the time to assist me despite my limited fami****ity with technology.. what impressed me was her willingness to go the extra mile, offering to search for items at their other branches and their warehouse if needed. I also received a callback from Adrian at the Sea Point branch who was equally helpful and courteous. My heartfelt appreciation to the SOMETHING PRETTY teams, at both branches.
