Voda"com" last when it comes to solving problems

<p>I have a Vodacom contract, however I am requested to load airtime as I am unable to make any calls, despite the fact i still have a positive airtime balance on my contract. Numerous calls to Chatz cellular as well as Vodacom customer care, the problem remains unsolved. Can't wait for the contract to go to term and cancell it.</p>
