Super Woman Shoba best customer service

To Shoba from Game, I am so sorry i could not come through on Monday with my mom, I would have loved to see you and thank you personally for your help and professionalism, we were at our wits end and even when I was rude to you which you did not deserve due other peoples laziness and incompetence you remained professional thank you. You could have pushed us from pillar to post or pass the back like so many other did from game including game trade route store managers Chauke and Moosajee and the other useless **** Brenda. Instead you you went the extra mile and to my understanding even before you went on leave you made sure that this matter is resolved and what game trade route and useless management there of could not do in 6 months you managed to do in less than 6 day. To game head office i know you guys are paying her a salary but you should really look into making a customer care training manager and pay her more than what she deserve because she deserve more than what she is getting now. Precious gems like her do not lie around everywhere make sure not to loose because of her I could have gone to any other store but she managed to retain a paying customer so I went to game at the Glen Mall, again thank you Shoba. super woman
