R5 000 withdrawn from my Standard Bank account

<p>On the 26th of April {was my pay day}, I went to a Standard Bank ATM in Sauer & President street {Johannesburg}, around 06h15 am with an intention of checking if the money is in or not. As usual, i did put my card into the ATM and it prompted me to put my pin, immidetely after punching in my pin, my card was swallowed by the ATM. I immidiately phoned the number on the ATM to request them to STOP or BLOCK my card. The first R2 000 was withdrawn from my account at an FNB ATM @ 06h19:22, the second R2 000 was withdrawn @ 06h20:03, then R1 000 @ 06h20:43. The machine did not ask me if I want to check the balance or if I want to withdraw, after having punched my pin, the money was out of my account, just like that. I then waited for the bank to open doors at 09h00 so that I can report this and also get a new card, when i tried to explain to them about what happened in the morning, the showed no interest and the guy just issued me with a new card and that was it. But I want to expose them for their bad service and also get my R5 000 back and thereafter close this account. This was the second incident in less than 2 months, in the first incident, the same thing happened but fortunately, no money was withdrawn. I hope you'll be able to assist me in getting my money back. </p>
