Give them another chance

They have come back and stated their delivery terms are between 2 and 4 working days, which I was not aware of, however due to lack of communication I was not happy. Received parcel delivered on 10th February 2020 (on 9th February (Sunday) I ordered an alternate from Netflorist, which was delivered on morning of 11th Feb. That is the type of service I am used to.
