Ghost Edgars subscription

I received my Edgars statement at the end of April but have not bought anything from Edgars these past few months. Still the amount was R300 plus. I paid this amount because I thought that I still owe this. Today I again received my statement and I was shocked to see that I again owe R127. When I opened the statement I noticed that the money I owe according to Edgars was for an airtime and sms subscription. I do not know how to handle the situation. I am a pensioner and do not understand what to do because I have never subscribed to any of these mentioned subscriptions.
