no delivery

I placed an order with these guys more than a month ago but to date the goods have not been delivered after a R 200 courier fee.I have been told that the items were send to the courier and that they will contact me but when I ask the supplier to give me the waybill so I can follow up hey always seem to have a excuse like their site is down or they arenot in the office.They always promise to get back to me but this never happens.
