Something Good? Not so good!

<p>I went to Something Good last Wednesday night, and out of 8 people at our table, not one of us was happy with our meal. It was so disappointing! We've all eaten there before, so we know the usual standard. We were served bad quality meals, and we even had to flat out argue with the waiter when my husband noticed how the menu lists one price and we're charged another! Apparently this is acceptable. What makes me the most upset is that the majority of places you go to, if you send in a bad review, even slightly bad, they quickly apologize and try to make it up to you. The management hasn't bothered to respond to my posts (Yes, multiple) on their Facebook page, and it's obvious that they don't care, judging from the lack of responses to others bad reviews that also haven't been acknowledged. It's so sad to see a place like that, that has such a rich history in Port Elizabeth, go downhill so fast!</p>
