Terrible Service at store.

On Saturday (9 May 2015) at 17:00 I went to your store at the Pavilion Food Court to buy what I expected to be a quick meal before going to go watch a movie I had paid to see at 18:00.<br> I just ordered a greek salad, and a side dish in the form of the prawn poppers.<br> It took your staff there 45min to get it done! When getting impatient and asking a staff member at the counter what's going on, she just walk off without a response. about 12 min later an other member appeared and I ask to speak to the manager. After she sighed she said she is one of the managers. I told her it's completely unacceptable that two meals that should take 20min to prepare, takes 45min she finally resigned to say that the reason the meal took so long is because the salad is taking long... A salad... A salad requiring absolutely no cooking, just washing and cutting of some veg and cheese. This is ridiculous.<br> <br> Please note I would never do myself the disservice again of eating there, and will dissuade any and all I know to go there again.
