I have not received feedback on my complaint lodged in writing (below) , nor an acknowledgement,

As per the prescribed complaints policy set out for any service provider the policy states that any complaint lodged requires a formal acknowledgement, provide a complaint reference number, regular feedback.

Todate the conditions have not been met, I briefly spoke to Hester today who advised that feedback from the workshop is that the ring was hooked, this is absolutely bazaar considering that this is a 9c gold ring, and within a month of wearing had to be returned twice for repairs.

I would like to make it very clear, we are not interested in having the ring repaired (again) we are simply requesting a full refund, furthermore as mentioned in my discussion and below mail that we are within our rights from a consumer protection act to a full refund. We have given the situation a fair change with unsatisfactory results

The matter will be referred to the Ombudsman and in need will I appoint an attorney to handle the case directly with yourselves

I regret that it has to come to this as we have been long standing customers
