Something Femine dishonest and offensive service.

My and my husband handed in a pair of gold earrings. The hook broke of one of them and all I wanted was to have the hooked re attached. We handed them in, we were asked to come back in 30 min.I asked her with my husband present, to be careful not to loose the small parts. I returned 30 min later, my husband waited outside, she gave me the slip . After a few days I received a call from the workshop with a quote of almost a R1000 rand. Naturally I rejected it. My son took me to collect and when we received them the hook was missing. When I enquired about the missing hook, the manager said she would call the workshop and they would get back to me. I received a call from the sales lady, she tells me she looked at the footage and I was alone at the counter. I then told her I was alone the 2nd time, when we handed them in my husband was with me. My son took me in to look at the footage, the manager then told us no one is allowed to view the footage.When my son told her assistant viewed it why can't we, her answer was it's our word against hers that such a call was made. She said we can put in formal complaint and HQ will contact us. Well it's going for 2 weeks and no reply. SHAME ON YOU.
