prejudice and unfair treatment

<p><br />Never in my entire life as a customer have I been ridiculed and disdained like this. Something feminine Kolonade had a special for 5 watches for R500 I was at the parking at 2am and literally there at their door step at 6:15am with five more people to avoid the long queue because i was adviced by the one lady from there store to come very early . Ironically non of the 1st five customers were able to make a purchase as we were chased security guard to avoid a stumping. Were then let in and I was 1st in the line and even the people were behind me could attest. As the store was opened the methodology that was used to let the 5 customers was Inappropriate as people were let in by the security guard who only let his friends in the people that worked with him in kolonade mall. This was so offensive as also we were let out by the police. I expected the situation to be handled better in Kolonade just like in Menlyn but it was unfair and out of control.</p> <p>I would have loved to purchase the special that I came for at 2am and waited so long I didn't expect to be prejudice against by the security guard who doesn't even work for something feminine who works for fidelity but still facilitated who gets in from the queue the level of his disrespect to mankind is uncalled for.</p> <p><br />The stuff at something would have love to help me but couldn't since they were not there at 6:15am when I got there at the door step but they saw me at the door with other people Mr Le Roux also treated me well. But I would still like to have the special to be fair with the people who got there 1st to be given preferential right of purchasing.<br />I would like to raise this matter to your attention and for serious action as a loyal customer</p>
