Damaged goods sold as new

I bought an expensive Rotary Watch at Something Feminine. After 5 days the Watch stopped working and I took it back to the store. They wanted to repair the watch and I was not happy with the product anymore as I lost interest. They promised to refund me within two days and it the 5th day I am still waiting for my money.
