Terrible service from Postnet, Circle Centre, Somerset West

Postnet, Circle Centre, Somerset West is the company with the most unhelpful and untrained staff ever. with the worst customer service attitude. I handed in a parcel on the 09th of February 2021. On the 19th of February I receive an email from DHL Global to inform me that the address is incorrect. I subsequently tried to trace the parcel only to find out that there is no tracking number. I queried this with the lady who took the parcel in only to be told that Postnet doensnt give tracking numbers for the parcel going with Global freight and if the parcel goes missing then they take no responsibility. Very convenient for Postnet, specially in the times we are living in, considering the high crime rate in South Africa. I was NEVER informed that there is no tracking number as she asked me what the parcel is worth and I assumed the one number on the receipt was the tracking number, only to find out that it was not. After the woman gave me the receipts and I asked her if that is all I get she she yes,. I have been trying to get my parcel back because no one in his right mind sends parcel overseas without tracking numbers.. I have had no joy from this company, only attitudes. I want my parcel and my money back because they withheld information about no tracking numbers. Even personal visit to the store didnt get me any help..and they dont phone back as they promise... What a bunch of useless individuals .
