Game stores refusing warranty
Game Somerset Mall voids warranty with **** infestation claim - No proof, exceeds 21 days I bought Hisense 40" TV Model 40A4Q on 09/08/2025 at Game Somerset Mall. On 18/09/2025 (40 days after purchase) TV developed blue screen with sound - known backlight factory defect. TV has been at Game Somerset since 18 September - now 25+ days, exceeding CPA 21 business day reasonable repair time. Game initially claimed "infestation" based on one handwritten line on job card dated 24/08: "No defect - Infested with ****roaches" - NO photos, NO proof insects caused blue screen, NO report showing heavy infestation inside PCB. On 12 October 2025, Game had re-inspection with Hisense technician on phone. Technician confirmed VERBALLY "NO INFESTATION". Yet today 13 October, Game/Hisense emailed me SAME old report from 24/08, ignoring new inspection. One insect visible in photo was ONE bug on external packaging tape, not inside TV. Somerset West Mall
Even with the Additions, it's still boring. New area looks great but the shops are overpriced and only for the very few. Without Zara, H&M Home, Uniq, Boutiques, Imported Shoe shops, it's lkke everywher else and and soon enough those new shops will close. No pull factor at all.

Somerset West Mall
