Disappointed

Me and my friends went to Fancy franks on Saturday 8july. So exciting and excited to take my friends out to the place.i love Fancy Franks. Bug we wanted to go and watch rugby on Saturday..so when we got there .the reception lady that's standing by the door I didn't saw any waitress. Told use the they are unfortunately full.and why didn't we reserve a table. I ask the lady if that was a new rule. Because we always come to Fancy Franks without reserving a table..I was so embarrassed..in front while there was also people behind us.but they went in.dont know how if they have make and reservation..we came from far ,and went to watch the game at spur.the moral of the story the vibes at Fancy Franks and spur isn't the same
