Great service

I bought a Head racket from them. 9 months later, without abusing the racket, one of the shafts of the racket snapped completely. I took it back to them and they called the Head reps, but Head was not prepared to look at it, because it was outside of the warranty period. As it was clearly a manufacturing mistake, the manager at Somerset Sport Cape Gate gave me a massive discount and got in return my loyalty as a customer.
