Time watch specialist worst service ever- WARNING!!!!!!!!!
<p>Bough a Fastina watch for about 3k and have it for a year now.took it to the Somerset Mall branch about 6 times as the date was constantly incorrect.After 2 battery replacements and checks at repair centre,im still having the same issues. This morning when i tried to set the time correctly,i saw that the crown broke off and after speaking to the branch manager and explaining what the issue is over the phone,she said bring it in as it is still under warrenty but when i got there they had SO many excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im realy sick of this place and will never ever buy or recommend Time to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>My next step is newspapers and my laywer.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are very quick to sell you the watch but have alot of excuses when it comes to repairs etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible store and service i have ever had.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont buy anything from Time Watch Specialist.</p> <p> </p>
