Terrible service at KFC Somerset mall

I went to Kfc somerset mall , what a terrible service i received. I bought 2 Tuesday special, 2 box Masters and 10 dunked wigs. When i got i the car i realized that the is one tuesday special box missing , went inside spoke to the team leader she called the lady that was packing my order she looked at me in my face and she said no i packed everything in the bag and i was like what was in the bag she ddnt even know wat was in there am really angry because the packer was kind of accusing me of *****ing. i then said to the supervisor i am not going to take this nonsense because what i understand if a customer is complaining about something you call your employee you ask aside if shes not agreeing with me you go check the footage you do not argue with the customer i even said to her she must go check in the car if she doesn't believe me

I am really angry with KFC, when they promoting their staff they must take them for training even the team leader was rude , what killed me the most while i was waiting there the casher was making fun abt my complaint to other customers i find it so rude for her to do that , i had to ask her to stop what shes doing because she also makes mistakes because the is a time wen i went there i ordered my food she make a mistake she doesn't concentrate they talking amongst each other and only to find out she did not include everything i wanted i reminded her abt that mistake she stopped helping customers and she started arguing with me in front of customers lifting up her hands and her team leader was listening to her , she didn't stop .the cashiers details 115 Ziyanda date 2020/09/01 time 17:16 KFC Somerset the service is soo bad they really need training
