Somerset mall management dropping the ball

So I have a complaint, somerset mall management was nowhere to be found on this day when my GF left her keys in a store. After going to several stores trying to get into contact with the management there was no answer. There has to be a system in place when something like this happens, it is called somerset mall management. Now my GF is forced to leave her car there with no way to get into the store. This is unacceptable when she needs her car for work the next day, I understand that it was a lapse in remembering but with no management to help her? I think this is a lack of professionalism and should something needs to be put in place when something like this happens again.
