<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday 27 May 2017,was about 7:30pm we went to Spur in Somerset mall but parked at entrance 1,we left spur about 9:10pm.We walked from the food court to entrance 1 when we got there the doors were locked and there is no security in sight. There was a gentleman sitting inform of PnP and we asked him to open he says he can’t only the security can but the doors are only supposed to lock at 10pm.so now we have to walk all the way down again still no security in sight, then the alarm goes off at Wimpy guess what still no security in sight and it was so loud everyone heard it.Then eventually we find 1 security sitting and playing games on his cellphone,I was furious cos the doors are locked the alarm is going off but he couldn’t be bothered at all. I told him I will lay a complaint. We eventually find an open door then I had to walk from entrance 2 outside with my baby to my car. They didn’t even say sorry NOTHING I think it’s so unfair and wrong!!!!!!!!!!</p>
