Bad Customer Service !

I have never been this disappointed with a store/online store ! And this is NOT the first time. They never have stock available, always out of sizes and never goes the extra mile for a customer. They promise to phone back/get back to you or let you know but this doesn't happen. This is not customer service. They are the worst when it comes to retail.
