Somerset hospital

Hospital running out of oxygen. Staff can't give information re: oxygen shortages. Patients suppose to go to field hospitals don't have clue if /when they are going. Staff running around like headless chickens nobody knows nothing. This is not acceptable. Nursing sisters who are leave, offered to volunteer but was shown away.does not make sense as Health Minister /Prime minister begged nurses to come help as hospitals "shory staffed"
