Receptionist going the extra mile

I did not think we still have people with UBUNTU until I spoke to mam Sweetlina "Madlamini" at reception at the New Somerset Hospital.

On Tuesday 4th May, mam Sweetlina assisted my now late brother who was stabbed. He gave an incorrect name and when she called my grandmother she didn't know the person she mentioned. I called the hospital and she assisted me and you could hear from her voice that she was assisting me from the bottom of her heart. She went the extra mile to ensure that she described him for me as I explained to her the situation. Even though she could not tell me on the phone that he has suddenly passed she made sure I felt the urgency of the matter.

I would really like to thank mam Sweetlina if it was not for your patience and love for your job we would have lost a family member to a different name. I thank you Mha God bless you.
