Pathetic service

I'm so disappointed in this hospital my brother had a stroke he is completely numb on he's left side and the physiothe****** said he must be on a crutches but as she's helping him she is screaming and shouting at him and being very rude with him when he tells her it's hard to walk with a numb leg this is no way to treat patients shout at them ...my brother was so upset crying the way he's getting treated in this hospital by a physiothe****** I hope this gets seen to caurse this is no way to treat patients ...
