Pathetic Service

I have a person that is very special to me that has been admitted to Somerset Hospital since Friday and the yrr8and service she has received so far sucks. Doctors can't give her a straight answer about whether or not they will perform the procedure she has been admitted for. What's worse is that they keep telling her she can't eat because of the procedure but then nothing happens and they don't even update her. Now 3 days in the hospital and have not really eaten a proper meal for 3 days. Where is the professionalism and the caring for your patience. I am so disgusted by what she has to go through and can't help wonder how many others are going through the same time.
