Medical Records

(New Somerset Hospital in Green Point) I Was injured in a car accident, I have paper work to complete regarding my inability to work. I have been requesting my medical records for months and no1 is helping. I was given a telephone number that is never answered for follow-up. the only way i can get info is going to the hospital directly and all i am told is " your form is not completed yet". I ask for SLA and i am told that there is none. I keep calling but no one ever pick up, going there is a waste of money i don't have and all i need are my records. i can not find an email to send my complaint to as well. i hope this gets to someone who is willing to assist.
