Disgusting treatment

The Shipley house at a Somerset Hospital is a complete and utter joke! They are supposed to care for pregnant women however lose folders and make these heavily pregnant women sit and wait from 5 am until late afternoon.l the nurses and admin staff are very unhelpful and extremely rude! Doctors come and go with no explanation leaving this women hungry and tired. What is this South Africa? How can we trust our government hospitals when they show little interest in their patients!!!! Disgusting! I am so scared and full of anxiety to have my baby at this hospital but alas that is my unfortunate fait! I can only hope their labor ward is more efficient and hands on.
