Disgusted

My mother's broke her ankle or dislocated her ankle. After spending countless hours at the day hospital, the doctors office.. we decided to bring straight to somerset where she would get the help she needs or so we thought.

Just for her to come to somerset hospital and sit for numerous hours without any medical attention, also with all that pain as well.

With just one doctor in the emergency centre. Patients that were sitting since 9 in the morning were only seen at 7 the evening. So despite all the pain she was in her broken/dislocated ankle was not seen as much of an emergency.

So when visiting somerset even with a referral letter be prepared to have a whole day trip and watch nurses and doctors take their breaks instead of helping people that needs help
