Almost had baby in car outside hospital

I arrived with a sister of mine who was in labor and I wasnt sure what to do or where to go. I asked the guards at the entrance for help and they said go to trauma. I went to trauma they said go to labor and get a wheelchair. I asked for a porter as well as I was unable to do it on my own. The guards refused to assist me and my sister almost gave birth in yhe car. There was a doctor Neel on the phone nearby who also refused to assist me. The guards plain and bluntly refused to even lift a finger. Luckily some guy from the hospital came with the wheelchair and assisted us. By the time we got to the labor ward the babys head was coming out and went straight to labor. The service was ridiculous she could have given birth inside the car just because people dont want to assist and show compassion.
