Somerest Avenue flats in Durban close to Davenport

Feels like you in south beach instead of Glenwood. These no rules in this tiny bachelor apartments as I'm typing its 1am and these a party at the neighbor's complained 3 times about the noise we told they moving the pots that are 3in a tiny space paying R3500 per month close to R4000 adding lights & water. Security sits outside cant assist with drunk neighbors they just don't and watch. Managment blocks numbers of ppl that complain. Each month ppl move out. Feels like res yet these working class. Joke of a place. Feels like I'm at the location while in Davenport. Told 3times by flat assistant ppl have complained today they leaving the today started since I moved here it's been ok today they moving each time these a complaint. They have flats all over so just know if u want flats without rules come stay here for R3500
