Best client service frim begining till end
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team for a wonderful service they provided in the process of sending off my son with dignity. Being a mother having yo bury my son and it being the first experience, the team made it easy for me and the experience overall was perfect, from the first point of contact being Portia Moelase and everyone i have interacted with during the planning. Keep up the good work. I would recommend the rest of my family and friends to sign uo with you.

Bad service experience
Am very disappointed with the service we have received from you I have been calling the office wanting to know feedback regarding the security amount that is due to be refunded I called on numerous occasions during the course of the week and every day Am promised to check and get back to me but you never do. Question is, are we getting the refund or not so I can take the next step On all these occasions I have been communicating with Buhle and I must say the level of professionalism is not the one, we should be getting as clients
