Cartier Love Bangle

My friend bought me a silver Cartier Love bangle for my birthday 2 years ago. I later bought a gold bangle as well and spend R420 on it. From the word go the *****s fell out of the bangle and I could not wear it. I phoned Erica and she said I must bring the bangle in, that she could look at it.I had to leave the bangle at the shop and probably got it back a month later. The same thing happened again and again. I would get the bangle back with new *****s and it would just come loose again. I live and work in the Northern Suburbs and don't always get the chance to go all the way to Kenilworth just to leave the bangle there and pick it up again after a month. The bangles has been more off my arm then on it the last year. My last email to Erica her response was :bring in the bangle so i can check it and decide from there. It has been a long time and my supplier will not take it back now.\ I gave the bangles in mid January and still have not received them back. I feel that I spend R840 on 2 bangles that Erica is quick to make a sale
