The cheek!

<p>My new neighbour called these guys to provide and install a new satellite dish. They charged her R3000+ and then disconnected MY dish, and connected her TV to it. Result: no new dish for her, no TV signal/service for me. When challenged on this, the technician claimed he had mistaken my cable for hers, and suggested my neighbour and I SHARE my dish! We declined, of course. I was without TV for a week, and had to call my Dstv guy to come and fix my dish. Is this the kind of "service" this company always provides? My neighbour will NEVER use them again.</p>
